Multi-Purpose Plants

We possess two state-of-the-art Multi-Purpose Plants (MPPs) equipped with two lines, each allowing us to run four independent product campaigns at any point. This infrastructure empowers us to provide flexibility and agility in meeting our customers’ diverse manufacturing needs.

Research & Development

Driving scientific breakthroughs

Our well-equipped R&D lab features scale-up equipment with reactor capacities ranging from 0.1 to 25 litres, utilizing diverse metallurgy options such as glass, stainless steel, hastelloy, nickel, monel, and more. This enables us to work on a wide range of chemistries. We are capable of handling reactions spanning a wide temperature range, from -100°C to 380°C, operating at a maximum pressure of 100 kg/cm2. Primarily utilized for process stabilization, development, and sample preparation up to 500 grams, our R&D lab facilitates efficient experimentation and innovation.

Our QC lab is equipped with a comprehensive range of analytical equipment, including Gas Chromatography (GC), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-MS), and more, ensuring accurate analysis. Our team has years of expertise in utilizing, both, traditional and high-tech methods for analytical method development of new products and projects. The objective is to deliver reliable and precise results that meet the highest quality standards.

Pilot Plant

Efficient synthesis, sustainable solutions

The Pilot Plant is equipped with reactors ranging from 50 to 200 litres in capacity. These are designed to handle reactions within a wide temperature range, from -100°C to 380°C, and can withstand pressures of up to 20 kg/cm2. The Pilot Plant supports process scale-up and kilo-scale product synthesis.

Additionally, we use online resources like SciFinder to find the most efficient Route of Synthesis (RoS) and optimal reaction conditions for the target molecule, once again emphasizing sustainability.
